About Us

International Medical Concierge

In 2015, IMC Network Pte Ltd started as a platform to provide medical concierge services. We assist international customers who want to seek medical treatment in Singapore and Malaysia. Having broad network access to specialists in major private hospitals, our services included identifying specialists, making appointments, admission to hospitals and insurance claims.

In addition, with more than 30 years of personal experience in the insurance industry, we extended our services to provide our international customers with accessibility to International Medical Plans – ones that are much more recognised and accepted by private hospitals in Singapore and Malaysia.

Since 2020, alongside the COVID-19 pandemic, we also observed many companies recruiting foreign talents to sustain and overcome the high costs of salaries in their home countries. These companies usually require international insurance plans, which we assist them in attaining and signing.
